Testa Grigia/Plateau Rosà (2)The border between Italy and Switzerland is mobile, linked to landmarks in the Plateau Rosà glacier. The melting of the glacier due to global warming is therefore changing the border and the Italian refuge Guide del Cervino is now largely in Switzerland, which causes some surprises when it comes to undertaking work, due to differences in legislation. Fortunately, this does not prevent the restaurant from running smoothly!
