Mase
The millIn the past, four mills operated side by side on the banks of the Manna torrent, but the last one ceased operations in the mid-20th century. Restored and rebuilt, it led to the formation in 1997 of a wheat and bread guild, which nowadays organises the traditional baking of rye bread one Saturday a month from March to November. Owned by the Bourgeoisie of Mase, the mill includes an adjoining room which can be hired for private events such as family celebrations, meetings and seminars (capacity 24 people).
